ChildStats: Resource for Key National Indicators of Well-Being in Children

Included on this ChildStats website is a September 2018 report featuring the latest statistics from 23 U.S. government agencies on the status of at-risk children and youth. 41 indicators are documented, and the following six indicators are highlighted in this year’s report: 1) poverty and extreme poverty, 2) health insurance continuity, 3) homelessness, 4) exposure to violence, 5) prescription opioid misuse and use disorders, and 6) residential placement of juveniles.
